The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was situated in the outskirts of New Bagan. Being close to the bus station, it made it convenient for us to arrive and depart. In the middle of the day, when the heat was unbearable to visit the temples, we took advantage of the hotel's pool to cool off. The staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from and was delicious. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel also had a shop right in front where we could rent e-scooters for the day, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.
The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel room was a disappointment.

Easy check-in, beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Lovely room with nets on the window. Great pool, although didn't use it. Convenient location, close to restaurants and shops. Rent e-bikes and tours available. Good breakfast with Asian options.
Nothing to mention.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and well-equipped with AC, TV, and fridge. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing room service every day and preparing us a breakfast box for our early departure. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffets that offered both American and Asian food. The hotel also had a beautiful tranquil courtyard with a pool and palm trees, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
Can't think of anything! Our stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable.

Situated on the outskirts of New Bagan, it is conveniently close to the town centre but still offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Secondly, the staff here are exceptional. They are friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a great stay, like running to open doors and assisting with travel plans. Lastly, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a private bathroom with a separate shower. The attention to detail is evident, and everything is kept clean and tidy.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They always remembered our drink preferences and even filled up our water bottles without us having to ask. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was not too far from the downtown area. We also enjoyed spending time by the hotel's nice pool.
The breakfast room was not very inviting and the breakfast options were lacking. We were disappointed that the pancakes, which were mentioned on the first day, were not available the next day.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, situated just 300 meters from the heart of the town, making it convenient but still quiet and peaceful. The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for services like full-day tours and half-day car rentals. The staff are absolutely wonderful, providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including cool AC and are always kept clean. Plus, the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of dishes, with daily variations to keep things interesting.
The only drawback during my stay was the occasional inconsistency in shower pressure. However, overall, everything was fine.

Had a nice stay during Christmas at this hotel. The pool was great for a swim and the staff were helpful. They offered an early check-in and late checkout. The restaurant served good food with reasonable prices. they had electronic bike rentals at a reasonable price. A good location for exploring the local area and not far from restaurants and shops.
The wifi was not available in the room and water leaked from the shower. , the hotel was a bit far from the main attractions, but it wasn't a big issue as it was easy to rent an electronic bike nearby.
